1 Age Verification & Legal Eligibility (18+ Only)
Strict Statutory Compliance
Qube Shisha exclusively caters to adults who have reached the legal age to purchase smoking accessories and tobacco products in their respective territory.
- Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age mandated by your local state laws in India) to purchase any hookah, chillam, coal, or flavour from this store.
- Legal Age Declaration: By submitting an order, you expressly certify that you meet the statutory age threshold. Qube Shisha reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification prior to dispatching orders.
- Orders by Minors: Any order attempted or placed by a minor will be cancelled immediately without liability.
2 Products, Specifications & Handcrafted Variations
- Our Collection: Qube Shisha supplies premium hookahs, curated shisha flavours, artisanal clay chillams, heat management devices (HMDs), coconut coals, and precision smoking accessories.
- Handmade Clay & Blown Glass Details: Due to traditional artisan manufacturing, products such as hand-glazed chillams and mouth-blown glass bases feature natural micro-variations in color tones, glaze speckles, and glass bubble patterns. These are authentic marks of craftsmanship, not defects.
- Display Accuracy: While we photograph our inventory under calibrated studio lights, slight color shifts may occur across differing smartphone and desktop screens.
- Stock Realities: All products are offered subject to live availability. In the rare event of simultaneous checkouts resulting in an inventory mismatch, our team will promptly contact you for an exchange, store credit, or direct refund.
3 Pricing, Payment Modes & High-Risk Pincode Policy
- Currency & Taxes: All catalogue prices are specified in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless indicated otherwise at checkout.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for serviceable zip codes.
High-Risk Pin Code & Partial Advance Notice:
To protect against parcel rejections and high Return-to-Origin (RTO) courier costs, Qube Shisha reserves the right to request a nominal advance confirmation token on COD orders destined for remote or high-refusal zones. The remaining balance remains strictly payable on delivery.
4 Pan-India Shipping, Packaging & Transit Safety
- Couriers & Dispatch: Orders are securely processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours through established logistics partners (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and DTDC). Delivery typically spans 3 to 7 business days.
- Cushioned Packaging: Every hookah base and clay bowl is packed using industrial bubble-wrap cushioning and reinforced outer cartons to safeguard fragile components during domestic transit.
Mandatory Continuous Unboxing Video:
Because hookahs comprise delicate glass and ceramics, an uncut, continuous 360-degree unboxing video starting from the sealed outer box is mandatory to claim replacement for transit breakage. Claims submitted without uncut video evidence cannot be entertained.
5 Cancellation, Returns & Non-Returnable Hygiene Items
- Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as the parcel has not been handed over to the courier partner. Once assigned a tracking code, transit cancellation is unavailable.
- Strict Hygiene Policy: Under health and sanitary guidelines, used hookahs, used chillams, opened flavour packs, silicone hoses, and mouthpieces are strictly non-returnable once opened or used.
- Transit Damage or Wrong Item: If you receive a wrong SKU or damaged component, notify us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by your unboxing video and order number for a replacement.
6 Health Warning & Regulatory COTPA Disclaimer
Statutory Health Notice:
Tobacco and smoking products are injurious to health and habit-forming. Qube Shisha adheres strictly to the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA) and related central guidelines.
We do not promote smoking to non-smokers, minors, or expectant mothers. Products sold on qubeshisha.com are purchased solely for lawful, private, personal adult usage. The buyer assumes all responsibility for adhering to local municipal guidelines regarding personal hookah ownership.
